Located in St Saviour's Church Hall in Berkeley Avenue, Reading, this local registered charity (No.1005654) for the homeless and needy requires extra funding from March 2003, as well as constant donations of time, food & clothing.  To offer help, get in touch with the Drop-in Centre Contact via the Parish Office.

The Link is a  coffee shop and cafe serving light meals in School Road, Tilehurst.  Its prime purpose is not to be a restaurant but, through the provision of food and drink, to make caring Christian contact with the people of the local community.  Help is always needed with food preparation & serving, with baking & soup-making, and with laundry.

NOTE:  This organisation is no longer a registered charity, and its website (www.cirwc.org.uk) is no longer active.  Checks are being made to ascertain whether it has closed down permanently.
